Eligibility for Return
- You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Return requests made after 5 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- We do not accept returns of used, damaged, or tampered products.
Return Process
- Submit a return request via our website at www.fela.in.
- Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your registered delivery address.
- Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
- After the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the item within 2–3 business days.
- If the item passes inspection, a refund will be initiated.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).
- If the order was paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details or UPI ID to process the refund.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after item approval.
Important Notes
- Return requests must be placed within the specified 5-day period.
- No refunds or returns will be accepted for:
- Products used or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging.
