Eligibility for Return

  • You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Return requests made after 5 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • We do not accept returns of used, damaged, or tampered products.

Return Process

  1. Submit a return request via our website at www.fela.in.
  2. Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your registered delivery address.
  3. Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  4. After the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the item within 2–3 business days.
  5. If the item passes inspection, a refund will be initiated.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).
  • If the order was paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details or UPI ID to process the refund.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after item approval.

Important Notes

  • Return requests must be placed within the specified 5-day period.
  • No refunds or returns will be accepted for:
    • Products used or damaged after delivery.
    • Products returned without original packaging.
  • The decision of our quality inspection team will be final and binding.
